I am certain that you are right in suggesting that it is McKinney in Collin County. There certainly were some Scott families living in Collin County in the early part of the twentieth century. John Henry Scott lived in Collin County in the late twenties and early thirties. His family is related to me. William Pinkney Scott is a familiar name but could have been related to John Henry.
