HOLDEN-STAPLETON-ASHWORTH-EVANS

Is anyone researching the HOLDENS, STAPLETONS, ASHWORTHS, or EVANS families?

Martha Ann BURKS married Franklin P. HOLDEN in 1852 in Newton Co. TX. She may have been only 12 or 13 years old. They could have had other children but I know only of John HOLDEN (b.1854 LA) and Franklin HOLDEN, Jr. (b.1868 TX). She next married Mr. STAPLETON in TX between 1868-1871. Their daughter was Bettie STAPLETON (b.1871 TX). Martha next married Mr. ASHWORTH by 1880. Martha, Mr. ASHWORTH, and the three kids named here were in the 1880 census in Colorado Co. TX.

In 1888 daughter Bettie STAPLETON married J. H. EVANS in Colorado Co. Bettie died or divorced within 5 years because J. H. EVANS next married Annie DANIELS in 1893 in Colorado Co.

Does anyone know what happened to any of these folks and their descendants?
