Early Collin County settlement of PILGRIM
Posted by: Patricia Ross Parker (ID *****9504) Date: November 13, 2010 at 14:02:16

Does anyone know where the early Collin County settlement called Pilgrim was located? Or anything about it then or now? A newspaper article from 1884 placed it about twenty miles northeast of McKinney. Assuming the McKinney Square as center of town, that would be toward Blue Ridge. It could have been in Collin County Precinct 8 on the 1880 Federal Census.

Any clues will be appreciated. Patricia Ross Parker
