I see him in 1900 & he's divorced. His sister & mother are with him. I tried a search for Cora, using her first name only & find no match in Cooke County.
Is A. M. Brownfield the below person?
In 1900 I see Alfred M. Brownfield living in Nolan County. His wife is Seleta J., born October 1880. In 1910, they're in Terry County. At first, I thought this was the daughter of Francis & Louisa & was obviously born after the census was taken. But, I looked her up on the LDS site & it shows her father as F. M. Daugherty & her mother as Susanah Gurdince. (It kinda looks like Gardiner) When you click on the image, it's not her D.C. You have to click to the next one to find her. I also see a D.C. for a Sussana Daugherty. She was born in 1852 in MS & passed 1929 in Brownfield, Terry County. It shows her maiden name as Gardner.
