Collin Co,Schools Records 1846 - Present Thrown Away?
Posted by: Mike Thompson (ID *****4828) Date: July 14, 2010 at 11:26:28

Minnie Champ copied all of the Index for the bound volumes of the Collin County School Records beginning in 1846 several years ago.I went up to the new Mckinney County Clerks Office this past monday to research these records and they all have been either lost or discarded possibly from the most recent move at their old location on McDonald Street. These extremely important historical records cannot now be found and the County Clerk's office are ignoring my repeated inquiries.

Any information or assistance greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Mike Thompson
