I found some more info - it appears that Frank Culpepper married MRS. Huldy/Hulda Clements in Coleman Co. on March 30, 1903. Henrietta, wife of Lawrence Kelley in the 1920 census, was the daughter of Hulda and an unknown Clements. So the Kelley boys in the 1930 were not Frank Culpepper's grandsons, but step-grandsons.
Also in 1930 there is Lawrence Kelley, age 30, and his wife Annie, age 17, married one year. Henrietta apparently died sometime before 1929, perhaps in childbirth. I can find no death certificate for her, or burial info.
There is a death certificate on the LDS site for "Boby" Kelley (should be Baby Kelley), a male infant born and died September, 1920, parents Lawrence Kelley and "Henerata Clengust". I know this is a gross misspelling of Henrietta Clements, but when I tried to look at the actual image, it was misfiled and I couldn't find it.
This baby, and Frank and Hulda Culpepper, are all buried in the Coleman Cemetery, as well as several of Frank and Hulda's children.
