I beleive you will find almost everyone buried in Cherokee County in one of these cemeteries. Most, but anot all, are listed on this site.

Sorry, I have no idea what town Precinct #3 would be in. Cherokee County courthouse is located in Rusk, Texas--approximately a 3 hour drive north from Houston.
