Hi all, Guy Potts has posted some of the Jesse Grimes letters that was written to him by several people the most important to us is the ones written by William Sampson Grimes who was living in Washington Co., Al., at the time. without his letters being saved by Jesse and his family a lot of history would be lost to us.
in letter which is not posted yet Wm Mentions a letter from Thomas Grimes , 1848, most of these Grimes went to Tx ca 1854. would like info on them (Issac i have) :-)
