Sorry, but I haven't heard of a Frank Hamilton. I don't know anything of Nathaniel Hamilton's siblings or parents. He and Polly had several children, though:
Amanda Hamilton, b 1840 married Allen Wesley Campbell (my great-grantparents).
John E., b abt 1845
Mary Louisa, b abt 1846
Nancy Jane, b abt 1848
Bud Duke, b abt 1852
Benjamin P.H., b abt 1855
It is possible that Frank is descended from one of Nathan's sons. What do you think?

I think Polly died in childbirth in 1859 in Cherokee County. Don't know if the child lived or not.
