I also noticed the William discrepancy, but I'm pretty sure that's a mistake.

My Rebecca's parents are William Riley Keeland & Elizabeth J. Marshall. Rebecca's grandmother's name was Emeline (the same as Rebecca's middle name). The birth dates synch up, etc. So I'm feeling pretty certain that the death record is for my Rebecca.

And I know from Rebecca's marriage record and Wesley's death certificate & obituary that the husband's name was in fact Wesley Edward Williams.

I'm not sure why the mistake. Wesley's father's name was William, and he also had a son named William Henry Thomas Williams. But I still would find it strange for a son to have mistaken part of his dad's name :) Even if he hadn't seen him since he was a kid, which appears possible.
