In the Name of God Amene I Robert Love of Craven County in Camden District planter being Weake in Boday but of Sound mind and memory blefsed be God do this nineteenth day of January in the Year of our lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy nine Made and published this my last Will and testament in Manner following that is to Say; I Give to my Son in Law Robert Barnet one Stone house one Gelding nonen by the name of tedde, and it is my Will and pleasure to Give unto my Grandson Robert barnet one hundred Acres of Land on Moses Creaks Goyning of Ruben Harrisons Land it is by Will and pleasure to Gave unto my Daughter Maglen Love the plantation and tracks of Land that I now Live on and one hundred Acres of Land on Morries creek it being one Halfe of the tracks that I Gave to my Grand Son Robert barnet*. and it is my Will and pleasure to Gave unto my Daughter Maglen Love three Negros namely Jag ben and Joe and further it is my Will and pleasure to Gave unto my Daughter Maglen Love all my beads and hous hold furniture with my Stock of horses Cattle & Sheape Hogs and plantation tules and it is my will and pleasure that my Should be Soald and my Wheat and rye made barty is for to be and my Wagon is for to be Soald and the mony is to be a pledge to pay ing of my Just Debts and it is my Will and pleasure that my Daughter Maglen Love Should pay all My Just Debtes that Dus remane after the above ifsal and it is my Will and pleasure to Gave unto mary Love Daughter of Jacob Love Desased one heafer and it is my will and pleasure to Gave unto the Nefue Son of William Love one Rifle Gun and I make Constitute and appointe my Good friend John Witherspoon and Isaac Love to be my Executors in truste for my Sade Daughter Maglen Love in Witnefs whare unto I have the Sade Robert Love
