Michael: I have been doing some research on the MEEKS and I find: Nathan MEEKS Sr b 21 Jan 1802 Sc and he died in Lee County Texas 11 Feb 1860. His wife was Sarah C Jones born June 22 1801 Georgia, she died Lee co, Feb 18,1876. They lived in a township called KNOBBS They had nine children. Would this perhaps be who you are seeking data on? The Blue Branch area used to cover Burleson county and into Lee co.,TX. I just finished the 1870 census of Burleson county Blue Branch area... I will look for your VEACH family. Thanks.
