The town of Brownwood, Texas is also located in harris and orange counties.

Nearest Relative: Winona Fay Pelton, same address as above

James Cicero Pelton was married to Martha Ann Burns, b. Dec 16, 1880, Cooke Co., TX. Martha died Dec 16, 1968, Jordton, TX.
There is a picture of martha and James but no other info.
Martha had four husbands.
