I think I would try to contact the county genealogical society if there is one. They might be able to help. That grave marker seems to be similar to Alfred's and they don't seem to be all that old. Maybe there is a local monument business or one nearby that might have records of who put them there. Somebody has to know who Bob Reeves was, and when he died.
