I was sent this web site a short time ago and will share it with you now. You'll have to click on Tombstone Pictures, then the alphabet letters "VWXYZ". Then scroll down to the Wares. There you'll find Elizabeth, the second wife of William B. Then four youngest children of Oscar, then Oscar, then William B. Ware.

The C. V. on the grave stones stands for Cyclone Victim.
