To make a short story long.

My Grandmother, and Grandfather are burried
at Liberty Cemetery Panola Co. Tx. He was
Brutus B. Brooks. My Grandmother was
Fannie Maud Barfield. At my Grandfathers
Funeral there were two Barfields from
Brazoria Co. They were older guys. This
was in 1978. They may be gone now. These
two gentlemen were related to Fannie Maud
Barfield. Her Parrents were married in
Hill County Texas. Her father was J. C,
Barfield. I am looking for information
on him. He was born in Mississippi. I
am looking for any lead on J.C. (James)
that I can find. This is a stab in the
dark. I thought maybe someone in Brazoria
Co. (Barfields) may be able to give me
a lead. Thanks a lot for your msg. and
I would appreciate any help. John
