My father told me years ago his uncle and aunt died young and left their only child, a girl, orphaned & wealthy. The 1900 census showed them with a 10 mo old daughter. I found a short obit from 1905 saying Raymond, a prominent businessman, died, but it was from Bryan and I know they lived in Brazoria and no mention of wife & daughter. By 1910, 10 yr old Kathleen was living with grandparents. I can't find cemetery records or death records. Does anyone have any clues I'm missing?
