Rebecca Ann Wallace, daughter of Andrew Jackson and Martha Duberry (House) Wallace, was born in Como, Henry County, Tennessee, on 22 January 1872. She married Robert Washington Horton on 22 December 1887 in Paragould, Greene County, Arkansas. Robert, the son of John C. Calhoun and Tricy Dowlin (Farrar) Horton was born in Carroll County, Tennessee, on 18 November 1866. He died on 13 March 1960 and is buried in Alvin, Brazoria County, Texas. Rebecca and Robert are buried in Alvin City Cemetery.
Calhoun Horton and family were listed on the 1860 Carroll County, Tennessee, census. Robert was on the 1920 census (Brazoria County) as well as the 1930. I will be e-mailing you an address of someone researching Robert and Rebecca, as well as a transcription of the 1860 census record for the household of Calhoun Horton.
