Could you tell me where in LA/MS your relatives of Col. Robert Pool(e) were?

I've seen in Bowie Co. Tx - Orlando L. Poole, born 1811 in MS, who was an early settler, and had a land grant of 398 acres that he sold to James M.C. Yeats/Yates (my line) in 1853. Poole also had about 200 other acres. In trying to find where Yeats was before he married in 1842, Wilkinson Co., MS, (lived in LA between 1842-1850), I'd been trying to find where Orlando L. Poole had been -- since they might have been associated before Bowie Co., Tx.
