Lunacy Records Stepen (Steve) B. Byrd, 1931 Texas

Do any of you know of a listing of people who have been
committed to Texas state Asylums from Bosque County.
I recently read an article that claimed all counties kept records
of person found incompetent. The article claimed if the person in now deceased records could be available under
the Open Records Act.
Im seeking information regarding Stephen (Steve) B. Byrd
deceased 1941. Committment would have been about 1931.
