Hico & Iredell Upper Road

My Adkison relatives lived on the road between Hico and Iredell, still in Bosque County, but closer to Hico than Iredell. I have found census info in several places that cites the location of the family as both "Iredell Upper Road" and "Hico and Iredell Upper Road". One example is below. Does anyone know what this means and which roads they were speaking of?
1910 Bosque Co. Census
Hico and Iredell Upper Road
149 Adkison, Marion Head 18 M1 TX AR AL

Mittie Wife 17 M1 TX US US

Marion's father Charles Lewis Adkison and his grandfather Hampton Peter Adkison all lived in close proximity, I believe on this road.
