Now, I think you may have two George Steubings mixed up. Ada was listed as a widow in 1969. The George who died in 1970 is George Fred Steubing, a bottler in a brewery, buried in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, don't think that is the one you want.
This one is buried in Mission Burial Park and informant is Charles A. Steubing, probably the son you listed.

On the 1900 census index Louise is listed in Bexar Co, TX, but not clear and can't read what there is for her. One would assume she is a widow, so she probably remarried. I think this is your Louise.
