Can you imagine how very excited I was to receive this info.
Please tell me more. Did you husband ever get any pictures of the Drug Store or of the family? Especially Inez and the children or Maria?

How did you discover that Maria was buried in Palestine?

Do you know which cemetery?

Maria was born in Clarke County, Ms. She married my ancestor, ALEXANDER YOUNG. They were the parents of my gr grandfather GEORGE WASHINGTON YOUNG (Born MOBILE,ALA) George was the father of my maternal Grandmother: Georgia Lucille Young Thompson (Born: Mobile) My mother was born in the YOUNG house in Stockton, Ala (George built the house himself) in 1920. The house still stands on highway 59 leading into Stockton, Ala. I have visted on so many occasions. My mother was determined to find the burial site of Maria, Alexander, and George before she passed away. I have found George Washington Young's burial site in the Heald Plot in Riverside, Texas. Sara Ann Marands Young Heald is buried there also. I live in Sugarland,TX and have visited Palestine so often. I will be so excited to find the burial site of Maria.

This means so very much to me. I would appreciate ANY info you might have, especially pictures I could view.

If you would em me at acy_cay07@yahoo.com, I would love to learn more about the family from your husband and son.

Thank you so much.
Carol Ann
