I'm sorry that I cannot help you out with the Asher part. There are a lot of German communities in/around San Antonio, like Boerne.
But I would like to know more info on the Falcon name you have mentioned. My great-grandmother was a Falcon and is of German descent. I do not know where her family is now because they disowned her for marrying a Mexican man. I have only one location in Texas - La Pasos? Never heard of it. My g-g-great grandmother's name was Elena Las Falcon... I cannot find any information on her at all and still have to confirm her name through birth/death certificates.
Anyways, if none of this even is a part of
your Falcon, could you at least tell me what part they come from? I really don't have any clue as to where I can find my Falcon relatives.
