Univ. of Texas Historical Collections/Archives, etc.

Does the University of Texas have Archives or Historical Collections that might have information about the Order of Railway Conductors of American in the 1890s? The U. of PA has a historical collection that lists Railway Conductors membership (in PA 1884-1927) so I wonder if the Univ. of Texas has similar collections.

Specifically I'm searching for O.P. (Orson Peck) Godfrey, born 1858 in Virginia and died in San Antonio in 1918. I know that he was a member of the Order of Railway Conductors of America, Division No. 76 from 1889 to 1898 - and perhaps longer.
