Ray-Lyne,
I do not believe that they will do a search for land records at the courthouse, unless you have the exact number and date of the record.
You did not state what time period you were interested in. The land records at the courthouse start with the 1700's. There are some that have been microfilmed at the Family History Library in Salt Lake, Utah. Are you familiar with requesting these records from your Local Family History Center? If not, let me know and I will tell you how. If you are familiar with this process, the films they have cover 1830 to 1890. The number for the index films to these records are #1019373 through #1019378. They also have Transcript of some deeds 1838-1860 on film #980644.
