I searched for an obituary in the Temple Telegram for Severiano Charlie Falcon, but there was none. I double checked the death indexes and they show him to have been born November 8, 1905 and to have died January 23, 1987.
I am sorry I could not help you in that area. I did find some WWII information that I will forward to you.
I also located an e-mail address of a lady that can help you. Her great-grandmother, Delfina Falcon, was a sister to Severiano. She has family history and some photos.
