By now you may have found what you wanted, if not, this looks like your Thomas.

" Osborne, s, 6, b TX
" Howard, s, 3, b TX
" Jane, d, 4/12, b TX
On 1920 census Jack is listed born in MO.
Now this may be a stretch, but the given name Osborne isn't that common. Might be a connection of some kind to this Downey family????
1910 census McLennan Co, TX.
Downey, Henry L., h, 60 M(2), 25 yrs, b MO
" Bessie, wf, 47, M(1), 8 ch, 7 lvg, b KY
" Osborne, s, 23, sgle, b MO
[more children listed some hard to read, they are born in TX]
In fact, I'm wondering if "Jack" was a nickname, everything fits this Osborne. Besides the fact that "Jack" named a son Osborne, too.

"Julius" and Georgia buried together in Waco Memorial Park, you can view headstone on Find a Grave site. Same cemetery where your Thomas Henry Downey is buried, you can view his headstone, also. Only other Downey listed is Jane, looks like daughter of your Thomas. Someone has given some informtion on Jane, who she married etc.
