Now, I found two "possibles" for the one you list as Hiram Frank Kellum:

Frank Kellum, b 14 Nov 1908; d 23 Jun 1994 Smith Co, TX; last residence Arp, Smith Co, TX; SS card issued in TX.
If you know Ruby's married name, you can look for her on the death record and SSDI.
Three of the siblings were in Dalls, and one was in Smith. You might look for obits on these two men. Survivors are usually listed, you might find a clue to help you.
