My 4X great-grandparents were also Richard and Sarah Sally Lyons West through their son, John Jefferson West. Through my research, I have never found them in Refugio or Bee County, Texas. Sarah Sally Lyons West died in Louisiana before Richard moved his family to Southeast Texas in the Beaumont area. I believe some of the sons moved to Refugio County and then to Victoria and Bee Counties.
