Thanks for responding. I should add that her husband left for the Civil War and never came back. They had other children too that were shipped at sometime to Matagora County. I'm wondering if there is any record of that.

Company was organized in Travis County, Texas, enrolled at Camp Clark, Tex., July 11, 1861, and mustered into the Confederate service "for the war" at Richmond, Va., on Sept.16, 1861, by 2Lt. Wailer R. Bullock, CSA.
Key (1) Original member of Company. (2) Paroled at Appomattox. K (Killed), W (Wounded), POW (Prisoner of War) AWOL (Absent Without Leave)
WALKER, G. W. - Enl., Bastrop, Tex., Apr. 5, 1862: W., Chickamauga (Sept.19, 1863): W. & POW, Knoxville, Dec. 1, 1863: Died at Fed. hosp. (Middle Brook) near Knoxville, Dec. 5, 1863.

George must have been born before Deborah b:1819. Don't even know where he was from. I have marriage certificate or them in Matagorda in 1852.

Their children:
William b:1853 TX
Annie B b:1856 TX
Lorenso Dow b:1857 tX
John Henry b:1859 TX
Edwin b:1861 TX

Thank you for your help
