My GGgrandfather, George Washington Rhymes came to Texas from Copiah Co. Mississippi in the mid 1800's and settled in the Bandera area. I am certain that there are still descendants of the Rhymes family in that area. i would love to hear from anyone who knows anything about them. Here is our family line:

Little John Rhymes b.1787
George Washington Rhymes b.1818
John Franklin Rhymes b.1848
William Jackson Rhymes b.1898
Leonard Wesley Rhymes b.1918
I have most of the death dates, marriages and children of all of these I am the daughter of Leonard Rhymes.
