Ancestors of L.B. Neyland:
1.) Joshua Neyland & Anne Grubbs from Burke Co., GA. They had a passport from Columbia Co., GA. Nov. 1810 with Anne's parents to cross the Creek Nation and came to Clinton, Feliciana Parish, LA.. By 1814 were in Amite Co., MS. Joshua & Anne took in some of his brother, John's, children, after John died.
2.) Joshua & Anne Neyland's son:
John or (Joshua)Lewis or (Louis)Neyland b. most likely at Clinton, LA. in abt. 1812. d. abt. 1867 near Huntington, Angelina Co., TX.
3.) Son of John or Joshua Neyland:
Francis Harris Neyland married Martha Sarah Treadwell.
4.) Son of Francis & Martha Neyland:
Jasper Steve Neyland married Rosa Lee Butler.
5.) Son of Jasper & Rosa Neyland:
L. Bena Neyland married Irma Mae Clark.
Anyone being a descendant to the above Neylands please contact me as I am having trouble tracing Anne Grubbs descendants.
