Does anyone have information that will confirm that Dollie Winston Hemphill was the sister of Emily Jane Hemphill?

The 1870 Winston County MS census shows that Emily Jane had a sister 5 months old and named Dolly W. The 1880 Angelina county Texas census shows Emily Jane and her sister living in the house of their widowed father.

Any information is appreciated.
