1930s Lufkin Papermill Location

Help! I am trying to determine where my grandmother's family lived in 1930 in order to look them up on the 1930 Angelina Census. I need to determine what ED # to look under. From what I understand they lived near the papermill during the 1930s. Can anybody shed any light on what part of Lufkin this papermill might have been located? Thank you.
