Anderson Co., CW Vet without a headstone

There is a CW Vet who lived in Anderson Co. for most of his life. He enlisted in the Civil War, was badly wounded and never recovered from his wounds. Would you believe that his grave does NOT have a CW marker?

I am a Civl War buff and it saddens me to learn about the lack of a marker on that soldier's grave. Too, I live many, many miles from Anderson Co. and Texas and hope someone will volunteer to receive and place a flat metal marker in cement on that soldier's grave.

If anyone can help then please contact me.
