Any Munsinger Men go to IL in 1950s?

I am searching for a MUNSINGER male b 1925-1934, supposedly from TX, who was in IL in June 1954, driving stockcars. His nickname there was "Dutch". His real first name is unknown. He drove on the Circuit of Champions and was all over the US driving stockcars 1954-55. Supposedly he has been deceased for some time now. Any one recognize him? He may have been from the Anderson Co group. He knew George Orville & Denise PETIT in IL. Thanks!
