Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

The Twombly name means "One who comes from two hills".
The origonal shield has 2 green hills on the bottom half of the shield, blue top, a bust of a knight in the center with a crusaders shield on the upper chest (red cross with a white background), and two red and white roses in the uppr right and left (noting they fought in the war of the roses).
