Though this is a name of which I am not familiar (trust me that is different and a first), I do recognize the Chandler name.

Chandler is the middle name of my gg-grandfather Wooley/Woolley/etc b early 1800's. I believe he was born in OH, married OH, went to NJ and lost as soon as he appeared.

My grandfather's brother also had Chandler for a middle name too, which would be a grandson to my gg-grandfather.

Twogood sounds like a Native Indian name, of which we are supposed to be descended too. I just can't find a connection in the records I have.

I have heard of the name Toothacker?, but don't know if there is any connection.

I didn't see any other list of messages to try to see if we had other surnames in common.

I've been at this for years and am the oldest generation to do something like this from only surnames of which my Mother told me over the years. None of my siblings ever remember hearing any of the hundreds of names she gave. In other words, no help.

The way I happened to see your message is a reply you sent to Leslie on the previous message. I did look at the message # 84 for Shiffer. Which I believe is the spelling of my Grandmother on my Mother's maternal line family. The other is her paternal line. For years, I have been spelling both names incorrectly, I think, as now I think I found a link. This also shows, the difference in the ways the names were spelled by those who didn't know, and only heard the words and tried to spell it themselves. I only recently heard from a deceased cousin's husband, that let me know the spelling of the name my cousin had was different than that of the spellings my mother gave me and wrote on a picture.

Would love to know some of the other surnames you might be able to tell, to compare and see what others we might share.

Thanks, be safe.
