Interested in anyone connected to Louisa Charlotte Twiss/Tiviss married James Frederick Matthews 1882 in Southwark. James was my Greatgrandmother's brother. Parents were Alfred Matthews and Sarah Hawkes. Louisa's parents thought to be William S Twiss and Louisa. Louisa Charlotte born Hackney abt 1863. Any information helpful.
