All 3 marriages are in the MS Marriage 1776-1935 on ancestry.com, however the marriage to james McCall is listed as Francis Tarver, dated April 20, 1821, Franklin Co., MS. I have not looked at the original to see the spelling. In an old McCall history she is listed as Francis Twiner. In Claiborne Co. John J Davis married Francis Twiner (not McCall) Oct 10, 1827. Then also in Claiborne Co John Webb married Mrs F Davis Dec 16, 1830.
Certainly more research needs to be done to see if Francis Tarver is Francis Twiner.

Their are service records for the Rev War with John Twiner. He did receive a pension. After his death, his wife Judy was denied his pension because she could not prove they were legally married.

I hope this helps. Sara
