Hello Gordon,
Our links to the Twigg family are somewhat more tenuous than yours. We have an Anne Twigg who married James Walker in the late 18th Century. We are not entirely certain of Annes Parents, but there was an Anne Twigg born at about the right time in the area. I contacted someone with the Twigg name in Legbourne a little while ago, but did not get a response. In addition, I found quite a number of Twiggs in the familysearch.org web site. There is evidence of Twiggs in the Legbourne area back into the 17th Century. I'll try and dig out some more details soon.
