Right, any male Tweedy whose father is a Tweedy would work. I hope we can sort out the various Tweedy lines. I have two Tweedys that have already tested, they are not related, one is typical Celtic and the other is Norse or perhaps Norman (hard to tell those two apart). So we know there is more than one Tweedy line.

My Tweedy line is very likely from Ireland, given they were in the Colonies prior to 1750, so could well be the Tyrone Tweedys. Do urge all Tweedy men to participate, I can channel them through the Ulster DNA Project and monitor them for matches, etc.
