Michael-- Very interesting! My mother's mother's father's father was "Boss" Tweed. Always understood that to be Irish, but an uncle says Scotch Irish and a castle in Scotland, so maybe you had something there and not a myth. Have tried to find good gen. of Boss, no luck. My Mom's Mom was Genevieve Tweed, dtr of Robert Tweed, who was either Boss's son or grnadosn. How can I validate all this?! -- Many thanks, E. lee North
