Richard was NOT Richard Simon and he did NOT marry Cynthia Pringle. The solid evidence we were waiting for is here! This is great in that it mentions the property was originally William Tuton's, his father.
Isaac is found in the same area on other archived land documents and it supports that must be the husband of Cynthia!!!! To me there now no doubt....with Isaac Tuten Jr. found in Hamilton County with John Eldred Tuten, obviously his brother.....it is conclusive....also brother Joseph's grandson Joseph Peyton Walker settled in Hamilton County Florida...also Cynthia and Isaac's son Joseph and Kisabeth had a son named Isaac Simeon Tuten..named no doubt after the fathers....of Joseph (Isaac)and Kisabeth (Simon). Isaac and Simon were brothers and Joseph and Kisabeth were pressured into moving to Georgia because of their marriage and kinship.
