Hi Fran,
My cousin and I were communicating and he found where Thomas P Tuten signed for the estate of Redden Tuten. Thomas was in Madison County Florida. Redden had land in neighboring Hamilton County. Redden Tuten is almost for sure another brother of Thomas and son of Cynthia. I once thought that James Redden Tuten (son of Rachel Tuten) was the father of Ellen Arrhetta Tuten who married Thomas Nathanial Bell, but after finding newspaper articles upon the death of Ellen that states she went to live with her uncle John Eldred Tuten, coupled with finding a land grant for Redden Tuten and another for James Redden Tuten, I now have to acknowledge that these are two different men.
