Do you know if Solomon Turpen, b4 Feb 1789, could have been a son of Solomon Turpin, survivor of the "Red River Massacre" at Renfroe Station in TN in 1780? That Solomon was a brother of Nathan (killed) and Elizabeth (Turpin) Renfrow, wife of Moses Renfrow, (name spelled many different ways) the leader of the expedition.
