Hey Joe, Have studied your site all day and, Gail's results on Turner DNA, moving right along there. Thinking this could be John and, wife Hannah Turner B:1820 SC. They were in Lumpkin Co., 1850, 1870 and 1880. 1860 not there? Son Oliver B: 1841 and wife Sara, Fanny Ambercombie, were in Kansas by 1874, even though, Oliver is on 1880 census, with John and Hannah? John and Hannah did have daugther named Mary, b'day same as this Mary Rider? Might be this John Turner and, Hannah could have died. Trying to figure out if William "Pinkney" Turner B: 1846, (wife Laura Goouch Turner)is John and Hannah Turners son? Is Berryman Hicks Turner B: 1821 SC, John Berry Turner's son? Berryman had a son William B: 1847, maybe Pinkney Turners family? Studying these Turner's in Lumpkin Co. Ga., from SC early on. Turner is not common name but, families did move together. Thanks Joe, Linda Turner Notify Administrator about this message?
