Hi. I have very little to go on for Jane so far. Jane married Edward Strike in The Old Church, Saint Pancras, London on 29 February 1896. They emigrated from London and arrived on the ship 'Canton' in Adelaide, SA on 2/5/18837. Edward recorded his occupation as a Gunsmith while in England. The names of Jane's parents don't show on her death certificate. The names of Edward and Jane's children's are: Edward (1830-), Harriet Margaret (1831-1863), William (1833-1909), Henry (1835-1899), Joseph (1837-) (all those born in England), then, Jane (1839-1873), Robert (1840-), Margaret (1844-1895), Elizabeth (1845-1846) and Mary Anne (1847-1893) - all born in South Australia.
All that one of her sons recorded on her death certificate was that her father was 'Unknown Turnbull'.
And that's as far as I've been able to go so far.
