The marriage bond beween John Turnbull, widower and Sarah Dickson, spinster can be seen at

Its a free and searchable site and you will need to download a viewer program that is free onsite to see the actual record. Unfortunately bonds do not list parents but it does give both their residences as Windsor Junction, Halifax Co. It is dated Oct 2, 1860.
